(Chris Bernucca’s usual Thursday column ran on Tuesday of this week. Click here to give it a read. It is about how the post-lockout basketball in 2011-12 will be better than it was in 1999. Bernucca is also now going to start running a list of names each week, a puzzle of sorts. If you figure out the common denominator, send him a tweet. He is @ChrisBernucca – CS)

I think you spoiled the whole purpose of Bernucca’s column 😀
You were supposed to send him a tweet, not to post a comment with the right answer 😀

I did send him a tweet before I posted the answer here.
Once he had the tweet it became one-and-done. LOL

Guys,
You can only spoil this list by not caring and not guessing. Tweets, replies, it doesn’t matter. Thanks for reading. Was tied up with coahcing stuff this AM so didn’t check Twitter. Answers here are only partially right. Considering giving answer with next list.

Putting Collison below Kobe made it pretty easy since that is the only NBA related thing that they have in common to my knowledge. Then I checked the rest of the list and couldn’t find anyone on the list who has ever played for two NBA teams.

Took about 2 or 3 minutes of looking at the list to come up with this.
Common denominator – All the players on the list have played for only one NBA team.
