Mike Woodson for Coach of the Year?
It’s still very early in the season, but no one has yielded better results than the defensive-oriented coach of the New York Knicks.
The Knicks became the only undefeated team in the league – they are now 6-0 on the season – after frantically rallying from a 12-point deficit against the San Antonio Spurs in the fourth quarter on Thursday night.
Dating back to last season when he took over as the interim head coach after current Lakers coach Mike D’Antoni resigned, Woodson has compiled a 24-6 record in the regular season.
