Danny Green sure knows how to be hard on himself through twitter. The last time he received Tweet of the Night, he had a little chat with himself about what he couldn’t do in the playoffs against the Thunder.
The starting shooting guard for the San Antonio Spurs has been rock solid this season, averaging 11.7 points on 50 percent shooting, but struggled against the feisty defense of the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday night. He scored six points on just two-of-11 shooting – easily his worst offensive output of the season. Green wasn’t alone in shooting a poor percentage in the game, though, as the team collectively shot 29-of-82 from the field, good for 35.4 percent.
