With the NBA season slowly but surely winding down, we’re starting to get a clearer understanding of who’s going to be in the playoffs, who’s going to be out and who’s going to fight until the very end.
Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks are seeds No. 7 and 8 respectively in the Eastern Conference, and both are in a dog fight – whether they want to admit it or not – to avoid facing the Miami Heat in the first round.
Utah Jazz, Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors are all playoff teams in the Western Conference if the postseason started today. The postseason, of course, does not start today, which means the Los Angeles Lakers – just two games behind the eighth-seeded Jazz – are on the trail to try to overtake any of the mentioned teams to get themselves into the playoffs.
