The new $80 Million Dollar Man John Wall is known as a very fast individual. His speed is virtually unmatched and it is one of his strongest attributes as an NBA player.
But just how fast is the point guard, really? Enough to throw a full-court, alley-oop pass to himself? Can such a thing be humanly possible? According to this video by Dime Magazine, yes, yes it can:
This is an absolutely incredible video. Wall threw the ball from one end of the court, then caught the pass himself on the other side of the court for the impossible alley-oop flush. Somehow, he managed to come up with a better highlight than this one by LeBron James.
Unfortunately for those in awe, the clip is, as trolls like to say on the internet, “fake and you know what”. Just so we are clear here, you were witnessing the clip of a basketball player, not one of a DC or Marvel Comics character. If you’re really unsure about the legitimacy of the clip, consider this: why would they point the camera away from Wall running the length of the floor when that’s supposed to the most amazing part of what he was doing? Still, the mere fact that people had to wonder whether this is real shows you how much they believe in the speed of Wall. Maurice Harkless of the Orlando Magic certainly did:
Wow RT @DimeMag: John Wall Throws A Full-Court Alley-Oop…To Himself! http://t.co/I2SIkMTcJJ (cc @nate_robinson)

After seeing the many responses of his followers, however, Harkless came to a better conclusion:
Thats gotta be fake.. right?
