Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond has taken quite a liking to interacting with fans on social media over the summer.
Aside from following thousands of fans on twitter, he has also opened up a youtube account to make entertaining clips for fans, along with a facebook page to post thoughts and videos you wouldn’t find anywhere else.
On Thursday, he continued reaching out by having dinner with random fans at an Applebees restaurant, which is a very friendly gesture from any professional athlete:

His friendliness didn’t end there, however, as he decided to make the day of one lucky server with a $100 tip – for a $32.40 bill.
This is great stuff from the center who appears to have a bigger personality than most imagined when he first came into the league (or maybe we just didn’t know him better). What will he come up with next?
