On some nights, the Los Angeles Lakers can surprise and win you over with a pleasing style of play where the ball moves constantly and shots are falling from everywhere.
Most of the time, however, they allow teams to score a ridiculous amount of points and look absolutely horrible, and that was the case on Friday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
With Pau Gasol out of the lineup, the Lakers allowed the Timberwolves to score 143 points on a whopping 67.1 percent from the field. Kevin Love had an easy triple-double with 22 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in just 29 minutes. Nikola Pekovic, who has been out the past two weeks due to an ankle injury, scored 26 points on nine-of-10 shooting from the field.
Minnesota led by 30 points at half time, and the Lakers were never a threat again from there. Kobe Bryant, who rarely comments on his team these days, couldn’t help himself with this one:
This is game is hard to watch

This is NCAA. Easier to watch #kentuckyvslouisville

Bryant even responded to a fan who felt the need to correct his grammar:
@kobebryant sorry brah but it’s this game not this is game

Thank u @calball4life for the clarity. I didn’t know that when I wrote it #thankutweet #sarcasm

It’s been that kind of a night and season for these Lakers.

MJ is undoubtedly the king. Every time i listen to his tracks i feel as he is still alive. Certainly one of the best music superstars ever been born!
