Team USA has been steamrolling through their competition in the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup tournament.
Its biggest competition, Spain, has been doing much of the same thus far, and was at it again on Monday as they coasted through an 82-63 victory against Brazil. Spain is now 3-0 in the tournament, and no team has come close to threatening them thus far.
Pau Gasol was once again the star, scoring 26 points and grabbing nine rebounds in the contest. His teammates praised the effort after the game on twitter, and seem motivated as ever to win it all this time around:
Big win in an important game vs Brazil. The team was great and the fans too! Keep working #stepbystep #Spain2014 pic.twitter.com/brh96n4oGt

If everything in the tournament goes as expected, USA and Spain should meet once again in the finals and when they do, it’s fair to say that the game is there for anyone to take.
