Former Golden State Warriors backup guard Jordan Crawford is no longer in the NBA after finding a home in China in the offseason.
He still has great interest in what’s going on in the league, though, and tweets about various NBA activities from time to time. On Monday, he set his eyes on the game between Los Angeles Clippers and Utah Jazz.
After seeing Chris Paul notch a triple-double with 13 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists against Trey Burke, who had six points (one-of-five shooting from the field), four rebounds, four assists and four turnovers, Crawford started wondering if Burke is really the man for the job in Utah.
Trey Burke .. Uhh exum want that spot

Burke has struggled badly out of the gates, averaging a pedestrian 11 points, 4.8 assists and three turnovers in the first four games of the season. He is shooting just 33.3 percent from the field, and an atrocious 11.8 percent from beyond the arc.
Dante Exum is only 19 and is just beginning to soak in the process of being an NBA player, so it’s unlikely that he will take over for Burke any time soon. Still, Burke is shooting at a rate that would make Ricky Rubio blush. If the trend continues, the Jazz may be forced to try something different at the point guard position.
The early signs are very discouraging, the but the season is still very young. How Burke plays from here on out is something to monitor going forward.
