Nate Robinson should start being a weekly feature on our Photo of the Day. He is very active on Instagram with his pictures and he posts all kinds of fun things. Check out his last feature on POTD.
Brace face Robinson is a happy-go-lucky journeyman who’s played all over the NBA, from East to West coast, since being drafted by the Phoenix Suns in 2005. Of course his first four plus seasons in the league were in New York for the Knicks, and has been on a lot of one-year stints with several other teams including the Chicago Bulls and Golden State Warriors.
No matter, though. Robinson is guy who’s beloved by teammates and fans alike. A bulldog type of player on the offensive side of the ball, he’s someone who can put up buckets in a hurry and on any given night.
But to be that spark plug off benches, Nate needs to remember one thing: he has to keep his feet looking fresh and feeling good to give him that extra lift for being such an undersized player.
Krypto-Nate posted this photo to his Instagram on Friday giving his followers the secret to keeping his feet ready.
Okay, now obviously it’s not a huge secret. It’s just a pedicure. But still, it’s obviously important, and I’m sure a guy like Robinson does this pretty regularly.
“Gotta get them dogs right b4 the game.. Lol #teamUglyFeet #holdat”, Nate captioned with the photo.
He’s not wrong for doing it, as I’m sure the long, grueling 82-game season is a torture on players’ feet. To be honest, Nate’s feet aren’t that ugly, right?
Okay, time to stop asking whether or not male athletes feet are ugly or not.
The Nuggets are playing much better basketball of late, winning their past two games against the Cleveland Cavaliers and Oklahoma City Thunder. Robinson and the Nuggets will look to make that three straight victories on Friday at the Pepsi Center when they host the New Orleans Pelicans.
