nesday the Minnesota Timberwolves took some time to enjoy the perks of being on a road trip. They traveled to Washington to take on the Wizards on Tuesday, which they lost 109-95, but they still had some fun away from home.
After their loss, the Wolves made a trip around Washington, D.C. to do a little sightseeing. They made their way through the Pentagon, where one of the players got a little comfy.
Mo Williams and Kevin Martin had an opportunity to take a photo with General Martin Dempsey. Hes’ a United States Army general and current Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Williams got a tired of walking around and taking pictures, so he decided to do some actual work instead.

Where is the person who actually works there? Aren’t they supposed to be, ya know, working?
Either way, it seems like a cool experience for the players to get out and get their minds off basketball for a little while and do some team bonding while they’re away from home. I’d definitely like the opportunity to visit some cool cities and buildings if I were on the road like that, especially the Pentagon and White House.
