Kobe Bryant tells Yahoo Sports he is undecided about retiring following the upcoming season.
“I try to strip it down to the simplest form. Either I like playing some more or I don’t,” Bryant said. “But I think that decision needs to be made after the season. It’s hard to make a decision like that before the season.”
Bryant also said he believes the Lakers are a playoff team after drafting D’Angelo Russell, getting Julius Randle back from an injury and adding Roy Hibbert, Brandon Bass and Lou Williams in the offseason.
Do you agree?
Make your voice heard by voting in each of these two polls: Will the Lakers make the playoffs? And will Bryant retire after one more season?
My own opinion is “no” to the first question and “no” to the second, too. I think he’ll play one more season, 2016-17, and then hang ’em up after leading the Lakers back to the playoffs after a three-year absense.
Thanks for voting. The results will appear after you cast your ballot.
