I will add one more before taking my son bowling, this lifted from Answers.com, regarding today’s Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur (which is being observed today by David Stern and Adam Silver of the league office, and union attorneys Jeffrey Kessler and Ron Klempner):

Nothing about Stern only wanting to bargain (prior or Monday) only if they accept the most important term beforehand?
Dude it’s over, the season will not start on time, both sides seem like they got serious attitude towards each other right now, and we pay the price, at least college hoops starts up soon
If only the league and the players had studied literature in college…
