I am a big fan of Kevin Durant’s. He was a pleasure to cover at the 2010 World Championship in Istanbul (even though he confused me with Bill Simmons and thought, incorrectly, that I was the guy at ESPN who predicted Team USA would not win the gold medal).
I also like Oklahoma City (cheap gasoline, convenient poker, Sam Presti, the Robert Swift days), and I like the state of Oklahoma, too (my youngest son’s middle name is Cache — pronounced “Cash” — after Cache Creek). I also like the Thunder’s chances of finishing atop the Western Conference, although at this point in time I am partial to the Memphis Grizzlies if they can keep Marc Gasol (RFA) and Shane Battier (UFA).
I also like Motown music, old and new (I listened to Kid Rock’s “American Bad-Ass” three times yesterday to get the adrenalin flowing, and Eminem is a genius), and I love the way Sam Cooke’s “Good Times” was used as the soundtrack for Durant’s splendid new Nike commercial, shown below:

Maybe it’s just me, but the helicopter spotlight hovering overhead makes the whole thing seem a little unrealistic somehow.
