Can’t help but be fascinated by the NBA-related real estate news that keeps coming out of California.
Just a couple days after learning that Kobe Bryant is losing three houses in his divorce settlement with wife Vanessa, we now have word from TMZ.com that Chris Paul is purchasing a Bel Air mansion from pop star Avril Lavigne for $8.5 million — $1 million below the original asking price.
The 12,184 square-foot home has 8 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms (somebody please explain in the comments section why a house would need to have more bathrooms than bedrooms), a covered outdoor living room, a sauna and various other amenities.
