I hate to continually use tweets pertaining to Jeremy Lin; I’m a huge advocate of not playing stories out. However, this story just continues to get better, and there’s something new every night. Although Lin didn’t hit any buzzer shots or dunk on anybody, he was quite solid once again, dishing out a career-high 13 assists in the Knicks blowout win overt he Kings. The Knicks are truly playing like a team now, and if Carmelo Anthony returns and produces, the Knicks have suddenly become a deep playoff contender. The Kings just handed the Knicks their 7th win in a row, and their upcoming schedule looks relatively easy. Also worth mentioning, Amare Stoudemire got a tattoo of a tear drop on his right cheek to honor his brother’s death. The game was indeed played with a heavy heart, and Amare played a fine game.
