This was an impressive win for the Rockets, and I have previously stated how impressed I am with them this year. However, the one thing I take from this game is how the Bulls have played in the past two games. Although they were amazing in March, going 13-3, they are now 0-2 in April after getting trounced by the Thunder Sunday Night. Not only that, but they lost to the Rockets who are playing without Kyle Lowry and Kevin Martin, and are 8-17 on the road. I understand Derrick Rose has not been in the lineup, but the Bulls have had the success they have had mostly through their defense, which is virtually unaffected by the loss of Derrick Rose. I’m not worried about the Bulls one bit, but this is the time of year when you want to be at your best, and if the past two games are the start of a downward trend, I’d be concerned.

While I don’t think *you’re* an idiot, I don’t feel it is time to panic or even be concerned about the Bulls. Losing 2 games in a row sucks, but considering they were the last team in the NBA to lose back-to-back games this year goes to show how well they do bounce back. They might even lose 3 in a row, but Thibidoue will get them playing the right way again, and when (if?) Rose comes back the whole team will start to get more settled in their roles.

Your an idiot if you do not think the Bulls defense is not affected while Rose is out. People who watch Bulls games could tell you Derrick is a much improved defensive player. And people also forget that offense plays a big role in defense. When you are making shots (like you would be with Rose) you give yourself time to get back at set your defense.
