I haven’t followed Brandon Roy in any which way since his apparent “retirement”, so this comes relatively shocking to me. I wrote him off, chalking him as just one of those players who’s health never allowed his career to take off. That being said, I’m very happy he is trying to make a return, as Brandon Roy was a phenomenal player for the Blazers for a few years. His possible landing spots have been rumored as being Miami or Los Angeles, presumably playing as a sixth man. There are a ton of things that still need to happen for Roy to return, but the fact that he is trying is great to hear.
Well good, that’s exactly what Miami are looking for: a good shooting guard off the bench who may end up being restricted by injury when they need him most. Wait…
