heard Ibaka signed an ext with the Thunder. Great young player who keeps getting better. Now the real question! What to do with James Harden?

Eric Gordon contract of 4/65 mill Is a good gage to start with. It’s hard to get that with an ext, most teams get a little discount

Is James Harden a max player?
If Eric Gordon is a max player, and Brook Lopez is a max player, you can be damn well sure that the reigning Sixth Man of the Year and Olympic gold medalist is a max player.
With the Oklahoma City Thunder having signed Serge Ibaka to a four-year, $48 million contract extension, the one key player the reigning Western Conference champions have to make a decision on next is Harden.
Lock him up, and that team will have its core intact for the next half-decade.
But if they let him go via a trade (not out of the equation given the long-term luxury tax implications), they can probably get a boatload of young talent in return. If they let him become a free agent next July, they risk some other team backloading an offer sheet next summer (a la Jeremy Lin) when Harden will be a restricted free agent.
Just a little something for Sam Presti to think about on his honeymoon. He got married today.
Dudley’s full scholarship Boston College education again shines brightly like the midnight sun. “gage.” Uhh … O.K.
