Today’s chart shows only a sample of the best options in each price range; you can choose any player in the nine NBA games. Dallas is playing their second road game in 24 hours without Nowitzki and Kaman, so Al Jefferson ($8,300) is a good pick; Gordon Hayward ($5,800) and Enes Kanter ($4,200) could also be bargains.
Harrison Barnes ($4,000) was hard to leave off the Scrubs list. There are so many excellent options that entering multiple lineups makes sense. With limited spots, I don’t want to use more than one that could go to a faithful SH reader. You all deserve a shot to test your hoops handicapping skill against me, Jeff Nichols, Bruce Wrigley and Chris Sheridan. We’ll see you there!
Unless some breaking news changes my mind yet again, here’s my lineup. Using Thaddeus Young and Spencer Hawes in what should be a fast-paced game allowed me to spend more at the other positions. You can make unlimited changes until the contest closes at 7:00 Eastern.

Yesterday I tied for tenth in my $5 50-50 league for a $4.50 payout and finished third in a 10-team league to win $1.80; my other three teams finished out of the money but the results were encouraging: 19th of 100, 80th of 558 and 209 out of 1116 are all in the top 20%, which means I didn’t miss cashing by much. The $100 weekly bankroll stands at $76.30 for the moment; I have entered three other teams so far tonight and spent $10 to join a DFBBC qualifying tournament on Friday for a chance at a trip to Las Vegas and a $50,000 first prize. Read this space tomorrow for more on that one, plus our tournament results.
In all your Roto, H2H and daily fantasy leagues, good luck!
Follow us on Twitter — @SheridanFantasy — for updates. In particular, I’ll try to re-tweet last-minute NBA lineup changes that affect who to start and sit.
Kent Williams says
Mullens is younger than Kaman, less of an injury risk. Asik > Favors this year. These are very close calls. Not my specialty.
Conrad says
H2H avg-based pts league (asts = 2, pts/reb/blk/stl = 1, TOs = -1). For the long-term:
1. Kaman or Mullens?
2. Favors or Asik?
