There were only 189 entries in our Freeroll. I had CP3 and Harden on my team, but guessed wrong on some of my other players (like Kyrie Irving and Paul George) to finish 66th with 245 fantasy points. For Saturday night, I’m in my “usual” $1 and $2 leagues, experimenting at the $5 level and comfortable in $10 leagues if they have the ‘50/50’ prize format. All you need to do is finish in the top half of those pools to win. If there are 20 teams, first through tenth pays out exactly the same: $1.80 for every $1.
With two days left, my Week 1 bankroll (we start with a fresh $100 each Monday) is slightly up — $102.77 — because my record in those 50/50 leagues is five wins and one loss.
