Depth Chart Updates
Anthony Davis (concussion), Gerald Wallace (ankle), Kyle Lowry (ankle) and Jameer Nelson (various) missed multiple games last week but are all likely to be in this week’s line-ups.
We also have Mo Williams (abductor), Marshon Brooks (ankle), Dion Waiters (leg), Tyler Zeller (cheekbone), Austin Rivers (finger), J.J. Barea (foot) with nagging injuries and who may be game time decisions.
Thomas Robinson will also miss one game due to a suspension.
Tyson Chandler, Chris Kaman, Kirk Hinrich, Luke Ridnour and Gustavo Ayon all played last week but were limited by prior injuries though they seem fine to start as you normally would going forward.
In deep leagues, keep an eye this week on Amir Johnson, Alan Anderson, Brian Roberts and Darius Morris who may see expanded roles. Quincy Pondexter took minutes from Tony Allen and Wayne Ellington last week, let’s also see if that trend continues.
Below are the changes to our depth chart that I want to highlight. The additions in particular should interest deep leaguers:
Golden State: added Charles Jenkins and removed Brandon Rush
Indiana: added Sam Young and removed Danny Granger
Milwaukee: added Larry Sanders and removed Drew Gooden
New York: added Pablo Prigioni and removed Chris Copeland, moved Amar’e Stoudemire to the bench
Toughest omission this week is Josh McRoberts who started last night and has been playing 20+ minutes a night since Turkoglu broke his wrist but our guess is that Orlando would rather play DeQuean Jones.
