The 12th D-League season kicks off Friday night with a full slate of games, and 10 NBA players are currently on assignment to the league where the bus replaces the chartered flight.
The newest NBA players on assignment are DeAndrew Liggins and Daniel Orton of the Oklahoma City Thunder, who will be suiting up for the Tulsa 66ers. Others from the NBA include Fab Melo and Kris Joseph of the Boton Celtics, Miles Plumle an Orlando Johnson of the Indiana Pacers, Donatas Motiejunas and Scott Machado of the Houston Rockets, Quincy Miller of the Denver Nuggets and Tyler Honeycutt of the Sacramento Kings.
