On Feb. 17, 1994, San Antonio’s David Robinson had 34 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 10 blocks in a game against Detroit. Only Hakeem Olajuwon, Alvin Robertson, and Nate Thurmond have also accomplished the feat. Since blocks and assists weren’t official statistics until 1973, it’s likely that Wilt Chamberlain, Oscar Robertson and Jerry West also had at least one quadruple-double game.
