The DeMarcus Cousins situation continues to be a situation, with today’s blog marking the fifth consecutive headlines including his name (all in the last 10 days). Today’s top story provides our most complete and detailed look at that situation, covering all the angles, including Geoff Petrie’s job security, the Maloof brothers’ position and Cousins’ sudden switch of agents. Definitely a must-read. The other story that has dominated the news over the last week or so is the Nets’ search for a

Euroleague Update: Jason Kapono Goes Nuts In Greek Debut
Larry Bird, Mark Price, Craig Hodges, Jeff Hornacek and Peja Stojakovic have all won multiple NBA three-point shooting contests. There’s a sixth name on that list, and it’s Jason Kapono. Eric Gordon Sharp In First Game; Brook Lopez (35) Leads Nets; Heat Lose Again
Pity the poor Bobcats, losers of 18 straight. They had a 21-point lead and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (22 PTS, 9 REB) was outplaying his Kentucky teammate Anthony Davis (8 PTS, 10 REB, 3 BLK). Then Eric Gordon took over. [Read more…]
