NEW YORK — The NBA announced its All-Star starters tonight, and there were no surprises. Jeremy Lin finished third and never gained any ground on Chris Paul for the second guard spot in the West, and Kobe Bryant edged LeBron James by less than 8,000 votes for top-vote getter.
