Vasquez had a terrific week, putting up 19 points, 11 assists and 7 boards in the Hornets’ win over the Kings on Monday. He also dished out 15 assists in a loss to the Warriors on Saturday. KEMBA WALKER, G, CHARLOTTE: Kemba bursts back into the rankings with a 35-point performance in a loss to the Rockets on Monday. He also put up 25 in–gasp–a Bobcats win over the Magic on Friday. I also subscribe to the theory of not trusting folks with two first names, but that list includes several MVP candidates – LeBron James, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony.
