I’m not out there sweating for three hours every day just to find out what it feels like to sweat. – MJ
13. 1996 might go down as one of the greatest years in MJ’s illustrious career.
Summed up in a word? Domination.
In 1996, Jordan won the MVP of the regular season, All-Star Game and Finals as the Bulls went 72-10 and lost just three playoff games en route to the title. Here are a few of his top plays from 1996:
12. And one unforgettable intro:
11. On Father’s Day 1996, Jordan won an NBA title for the first time since the death of his father, James. Jordan then sprawled onto the locker room floor, crying unabashedly while hugging the trophy.
He averaged 27.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.7 steals in 42 minutes per game as the Bulls dispatched the Seattle SuperSonics in six games.
10. One reason so many great players in NBA history fall short of Jordan is because of his uncanny ability to make game-winner after game-winner after game-winner. No other player could replicate Jordan in the clutch. Here are 10 of his best:
9. “Ehhhh what’s up, MJ?” ~ Bugs Bunny
Who could ever forget about the classic film Space Jam, which was released on November 10, 1996:
8. The legendary, epic, unbelievable, remarkable, any-other-similar-adjective “flu game.”
Dehydrated and obviously sick, Jordan still scored 38 points against the Jazz while the Bulls won another playoff game on the way to NBA title No. 5:
Here is a detailed recollection of the flu game from NBA.com.
7. And it was after that last great shot, Jordan’s game-winner in the 1998 Finals, that we had to say goodbye to MJ again. At the time, it was surely to be his last moment, so Nike sent him off with a touching farewell ad.
Hey, why not capitalize, right?

If time is money you’ve made me a wealthier woman.
That’s a genuinely impressive answer.
I had no idea how to approach this before-now I’m locked and loaded.
Great common sense here. Wish I’d thought of that.
At last, someone comes up with the “right” answer!
That’s a skillful answer to a difficult question
Such an impressive answer! You’ve beaten us all with that!
How could any of this be better stated? It couldn’t.
You’ve really impressed me with that answer!
Now I’m like, well duh! Truly thankful for your help.

When i heard NBA Live was coming back I was first of all happy. Live was the sreies that got me into basketball with two years straight of no Live it was disappointing. Now that there back first thing is first you need to stay true to the game not just a game where you built the engine, and add stuff to it no! You have to stay true what I’ve always wanted in a game as some fellow people who have commented have said. Haven Espn on ABC sunday’s or TNT thurday’s etc. Make the graphics better on Live 10. Maybe have a engine that what ever the players stamina is that’s how much he’s sweating. So if a guy has low stamina then he will be sweating a little bit every time he runs up and down the court while a guy with high stamina won’t start sweating maybe until his third time up and down the court. Add the all star weekend but include the skills challenge which would be so fun. Like 2k the ability to create your own shoes. Last but not least people with Kinect or web cam should be able to be themselves in a games.
I am really impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on
your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself?
Anyway keep up the excellent quality writing, it’s rare to see a great blog like this one today.
It’s really so cray when you break down his career the way that you did. Would have liked to see more memorable fights and “trash-talking” moments. MJ was really such a jerk! #MJ #GOAT #STILL #A #JERK #WINNER
