POR @ MIA: On the best roll of his great career, LeBron James (30 PTS, 9 AST, 3 STL, 2 BLK) helped Miami shoot 58%, and Chris Bosh (32 PTS, 11 REB, 2 STL) was 13-of-16 from the floor. When your third-highest scorer is Dwyane Wade (24 PTS, 9 REB, 7 AST, 2 BLK) you should win. For the road-weary Blazers, LaMarcus Aldridge (29 PTS, 5 REB) never quit and Damian Lillard (33 PTS) bounced back nicely from a poor game. Wesley Matthews (20 PTS, 6 REB) also contributed, but J.J. Hickson played just 13 minutes — Jared Jeffries was +24 off the bench — and Nicolas Batum, bothered by a sore wrist and LBJ, had a rough night.

DEN @ TOR: We knew that Andre Iguodala (neck) was doubtful, then Danilo Gallinari (sinus infection) and Wilson Chandler (groin) were scratched. That left Ty Lawson (29 PTS, 9 AST, 3 STL) and Kenneth Faried (15 PTS, 11 REB) as the main offensive threats for Denver; Andre Miller (12 PTS, 6 AST, 5 REB) played 31 minutes off the bench and when JaVale McGee reinjured his leg, Anthony Randolph (16 PTS, 7 REB, 3 STL, 2 BLK) got extra run. The Raptors won on a timely jumper by Rudy Gay, who had been in foul trouble all night and finished with 17 points in a season-low 25 minutes. DeMar DeRozan (22 PTS, 8 REB) had a highlight-reel dunk over Timofey Mozgov and John Lucas (14 PTS in 14 minutes) hit four triples. Andrea Bargnani (4 PTS) was invisible in his return from the flu.

HOU @ GSW: So much for holding a grudge and extracting revenge. Andrew Bogut (6 PTS, 12 REB) spoke out after Houston ran up 140 points a week earlier, but even with James Harden (27 PTS, 7 REB, 5 AST) battling a sore knee and now an ankle sprain, the Rockets took command in the third and held on. Stephen Curry (27 PTS, 6 AST, 5 REB) was outstanding, but David Lee (12 PTS, 12 REB) has cooled off in February. Jarrett Jack (22 PTS, 5 AST) returned from a sore shoulder and Klay Thompson added 22 of his own, but Houston had seven players in double figures. Chandler Parsons (21 PTS, 9 AST, 8 REB) flirted with a triple-double and underappreciated Omer Asik (13 PTS, 15 REB) is averaging 15 boards over his last nine.
