This may have been the best highlight of the game, but Wall also scored the last six points for the Wizards, leading them to a 90-87 win over the 76ers. After missing the first two months of the season, the former No. 1 overall pick is flying completely under the radar. 5-28 without Wall, the Wizards are now 14-11 with him in the lineup.
“I’ve proven myself in college,” Wall said after the game. “I just have to keep proving myself. I like the ball at the end of games.
“On those types of plays, you want to be the hero, you want to have the pressure. Sometimes you’re going to succeed, sometimes you’re going to fail. As long as you have confidence and believe in your ability, you’re going to be alright.”
4. The Dallas Mavericks are lucky Dennis Rodman is still relevant. How is that relevant, you ask? While the Mavericks were busy (or not busy) giving up 136 points to the Rockets, Rodman was publicly expressing his friendship with Kim Jon Un, the anti-American leader of North Korea:

5. J.R. Smith may not be the modern day Rodman, but he doesn’t fail to get involved in his fair of tabloid headlines off the court as Rodman did in his heyday as the leagues bad boy. After Smith ended any chance the Knicks had at beating the Miami Heat Sunday afternoon by launching a premature — and deep — 3-pointer to solidify a 99-93 loss, he took to Twitter to make sure the fans knew he didn’t care.
Great strategy J.R., lets see if it pays off:
