There you have it, folks. After being diagnosed with a severely sprained ankle last week, Kobe Bryant is officially back in the lineup. Bryant actually tried to give it a go the very next game after injuring himself, but was taken out of the game after a rough first quarter against the Indiana Pacers.
Joining Bryant in the lineup tonight will be Pau Gasol. Gasol has been out with an injured foot since Feb. 5th and will likely start alongside Bryant and Dwight Howard tonight against the Washington Wizards.
“I’m looking forward to it,” D’Antoni said. “That’s the lineup. If we’re going to do any damage, that’s what has to happen. We have a month to get better and, in the meantime, win games. We put ourselves in this position, so we gotta do it.”
At 36-33, the Lakers have climbed back from the dead at 17-25. They are holding onto the 8th seed in the Western Conference by 1.5 games over the Utah Jazz. While the Wizards are still at the bottom of the NBA, they have been playing much better — 20-15 — since John Wall has returned to the lineup. Having followed the Lakers closely this season, expect a tight game at the Staples Center tonight.

On your recent lie concerning Coach Cal leaving UK. Coach Cal is not leaving for Brooklyn job or any other. I guess haters have to talk about something whether they are knowledgable or not. They just make up crap just to stir up and agitate. Well, we at Big Blue nation are long past believing the bs that originates from you and people like you. So just go on with whatever it is you do (whatever that is) but its certainly not good writing or blogging.
