Our man Moke Hamilton, who covers the Knicks and ranks free agents for this site, wrote a strong piece nearly two weeks making the argument that J.R. Smith should be given serious consideration for the Sixth Man Award.
Smith would prefer to start, but he has kept his mouth shut and gone about his business without complaining — even while the likes of James White were getting inserted and then yanked from the starting five.
In this episode of #Hoops from Cinesport, Moke goes into the situation a little deeper.
Also plenty of intelligent discourse on the Sweet Sixteen in the NCAA tournament. If you like, while you are listening to #Hoops, you can read previews of all eight games by Jeremy Bauman, who throws in his predictions (I am hoping he is wrong about his Miami-Marquette prediction, right about his FGCU prediction).
Enjoy.
