1		DAMIAN LILLARD, G, PORTLAND: Three assists vs. Nets matched his lowest total in two months but still averaged 20.0 points and 5.0 assists in four games while knocking down 15-of-26 3-pointers. Now that postseason dreams are over, it would be nice to see some of his rookie teammates play a bit more.	1
2		ANTHONY DAVIS, F-C, NEW ORLEANS: Has he done enough to unseat Lillard as West’s Rookie of the Month? Averaging 16.3 points, 10.1 rebounds and 1.6 blocks in March and five double-doubles after collecting 10 from November through February. Among rooks, his 21.64 PER only topped by Andre Drummond.	2
3		JONAS VALANCIUNAS, C, TORONTO: Has inside track for East’s Rookie of the Month with injuries to Bradley Beal and Dion Waiters. In last six games, averaging 14.3 points and 7.3 rebounds while shooting a staggering 76 percent from the field. Making a strong case for Raptors to move Andrea Bargnani this summer.	4
4		MOE HARKLESS, F, ORLANDO: Had nightmare game of poor shooting and sloppy play in loss to Miami but still averaged 16.7 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.7 steals last week. Has made a 3-pointer in eight straight games and at 42.5 percent (17-of-40) from the arc this month after making just 11 prior threes.	3
5		HARRISON BARNES, F, GOLDEN STATE: Continues to motor along in unspectacular but somewhat solid fashion, averaging 11.7 points and 5.3 rebounds while knocking down a 3-pointer in all three games. Sits when Mark Jackson goes to his three-guard lineup but no longer losing minutes to fellow rook Draymond Green.	7
6		KYLE O’QUINN, F, ORLANDO: Has inexplicably come out of nowhere, averaging 14.5 points, 10.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists while shooting 64 percent (27-of-42) in his last four games. Prior to that outburst, he had averaged 3.5 points, 2.7 rebounds and 0.7 assists in his first 43 games.	–
7		PATRICK BEVERLEY, G, HOUSTON: New arrival averaged 10.3 points while making 4-of-8 3-pointers in three games last week. Minutes have gradually increased since being signed in early January and up to 19.4 this month. Biggest achievement may be playing ahead of veteran fan favorite Aaron Brooks.	–
8		TERRENCE ROSS, G, TORONTO: Doing what he can in the absence of Rudy Gay and has gotten his production back to where it was before his February funk. Has scored in double digits six times in March, his best month of the season. Raptors need to dial back DeMar DeRozan’s minutes now and find out what they have.	–
9		KYLE SINGLER, F, DETROIT: Minutes have not wavered as floundering Pistons appear committed to playing him – and the rest of their “K-Mart” rookie fleet. But Singler may be fatigued. He has scored in double digits just twice in his last nine games and his shooting (under 38 percent in March) has really dropped off.	8
10		DONATAS MOTIEJUNAS, F, HOUSTON: The donut he took Wednesday was his first since moving into the rotation in mid-February. Starting to fit the stereotypical traits of European big men, with per-36 numbers of threes (5.8), rebounds (5.9) and fouls (5.2) all in the 5-6 range, which is not good.	10
