As mentioned above, there is no predicting what kind of game the next matchup will bring. We’ve seen blowouts for each side and we’ve seen one game come down to the final seconds.
What we have yet to see is James reach 20 points. In Game 3, we didn’t even see James attempt a foul shot – something that hadn’t happened since he arrived in Miami three summers ago.
So Thursday night isn’t only about James, it is about how the chess match played by Popovich and Spoelstra, whether the Spurs will go back to getting their main contributions from Duncan and Parker (Ginobili has been AWOL in that department for some time now, so he gets excluded), and — most of all — who wants to seize the moment.
Will it be the King? Or will it be someone in silver and black who is not a household name outside of his own household?
The only prediction I will make is this: It will be intense, much more intense than Game 3, and it will determine whether the Heat will be losers or contenders in this series.
“My teammates are doing a great job and I’m not doing my part,” James said.
No, sir, you are not.
And we all expect better from the undisputed best player on the planet. Without James playing at or near his peak, the Spurs almost certainly will win the next one. And if that happens, we will truly see what the king is made of if he needs to lead his team back from a 3-1 deficit.
Something tells me that’s exactly what he is going to be asked to do.

trolls everywhere i guess, eh chris-. Well…..one has to really wonder about the health of Wade and even LeBron. The Heat cant seem to sustain the intensity beyond a quarter here and there. But the Spurs are unique….they just are. The GM and owner listen to scouts….they vet their picks….and they find guys like Neal and Greene and Splitter….and they find reclamation projects like Diaw — and make it work. If you have an ego, you’re gone (ask cap jack). And man, look at Kawhi Leonard. I didnt like him that much in that draft…..I thought he lacked the aggro needed for a top rebounder…..boy was i wrong. Of course he landed in the right spot. Spurs in six….maybe five.

What prick you are bring something so irrelevant about Neal that it absurd to me what you would do to get people to read your crap. You creepy looking gimp look at your life, cant even make it as a decent blogger no wonder ESPN canned you.
