NBA players are subject to constant autographs and pictures with fans, but what Oklahoma City Thunder forward Nick Collison recently experienced is straight out of the weird category.
While using the washroom at a public facility, a male approached and took a picture of the player while urination.
I just snatched the phone from a guy who took a picture of me pissing at a urinal. #okc

Professional basketball players are no stranger to the oddity of some fans. There’s been several recent incidents where fans have crossed the line attempting to get noticed by NBA’ers.
At a game in Minnesota this past February, New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony was approached while heading to the visitors locker room upon arriving at the Target Center in Minneapolis. The fan shouted, “KG, KG. You don’t know who Kevin Garnett is?”
Anthony and Kevin Garnett were involved in a trash-talking incident a month before at Madison Square Garden. Anthony approached Garnett several times after a Knicks-Celtics game in response to insults Garnett directed at Anthony during the game.
Last season when LeBron James and the Miami Heat were in Cleveland to face the Cavs, it was almost expected that something interesting would happen with the king in town. A fan ran onto the court in the third quarter wearing a shirt that read, “We miss you, Come Back 2014.”
Moments later the fan was grabbed and escorted out by security.
And who could forget Game 2 between the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat during the Eastern Conference Semifinals when a fan gave Joakim Noah a rude farewell after being ejected.
A season ticket holder in Miami stuck her hand in Noah’s face as he made his way to the locker room.
Her gesture – not so kind – was the classic middle finger that many angry motorist and playground bullies often resort to. Nonetheless, the fan identified as Filomena Tobias, later apologized for the incident.
Fans keep this game interesting, there’s no doubting that. Though some fans need to improve at keeping their emotions to themselves.
