RANK | ROOKIE | RUNDOWN | RECENT |
1 | MICHAEL CARTER-WILLIAMS, G, PHILADELPHIA: Actually shot 48 percent in three games this week to climb above 40 percent for the season and nearly had another triple-double in win over Milwaukee. Leads the entire NBA in steals and won the stats duel in his first meeting with Victor Oladipo, although 76ers lost. | 1
2 | VICTOR OLADIPO, G, ORLANDO: Has moved into starting lineup, with Arron Afflalo sliding to small forward. In five games, averaging 15.8 points, 4.4 boards, 4.2 assists and 2.4 steals while shooting 48 percent. However, only James Harden commits more turnovers than his 4.1 per game. | 2
3 | TREY BURKE, G, UTAH: Like many of his classmates, finding a lot more metal than twine. But he had a nice coming-out party in Monday’s rare win over Chicago with 14 points, six board, four assists and a clutch 3-pointer in overtime. “The young fella is good, and he’s only going to get better,” coach Tyrone Corbin said. | –
4 | MASON PLUMLEE, F-C, BROOKLYN: Just keeps doing the right things, like boxing out, running the floor and floating the baseline for easy dump-downs. Had a terrific sequence Wednesday vs. the Lakers where he blocked a shot, beat the other bigs up the floor and filled the lane for a layup. So what if he missed? | 7
5 | BEN MCLEMORE, G, SACRAMENTO: Probably should shoot from distance more, seeing how he is 20-of-53 inside the arc and 20-of-54 behind it. Given his size and athleticism, needs to do better than the three free throws, two rebounds and one assist he totaled in two games this week. | 3
6 | NATE WOLTERS, G, MILWAUKEE: Took ill at Tuesday’s practice and sat out Wednesday’s loss to Washington. The reeling Bucks could have used him as Brandon Knight was 2-of-12 with five turnovers. Believe it or not, he is still their best option at point guard right now. | 5
7 | STEVEN ADAMS, C, OKLAHOMA CITY: Kept on a short leash in close games but turned loose in blowouts by coach Scott Brooks. Has just 24 points in eight games since 17-point outburst vs. Detroit but continues to other things with 13.0 rebounds and 3.04 blocks per 48 minutes. One of 18 children from the same father. | 10
8 | CODY ZELLER, C, CHARLOTTE: Given his size, skill and opportunity (18.4 minutes per game), his awful shooting numbers are inexplicable. To his credit, continues to do an acceptable job at the other end by hitting the boards and protecting the paint. But the Bobcats could use some O from him. | 6
9 | HOLLIS THOMPSON, F, PHILADELPHIA: Undrafted free agent from Georgetown had his two best games of the season and averaged 11.0 points and 4.3 rebounds while shooting 59 percent in 23.7 minutes. Gets his PT at small forward despite the presence of Thaddeus Young and Evan Turner, which is saying something. | –
10 | KENTAVIOUS CALDWELL-POPE, G, DETROIT: Was 5-of-9 in a win over Milwaukee – most of it in a garbage time second half – and a combined 6-of-28 in his other three games. Still starting at shooting guard, but you have to wonder for how long, given his terrible 0.90 points per shot and Rodney Stuckey’s recent hot hand. | 9 |
DROPOUTS: Kelly Olynyk, F-C, Boston (4); Robbie Hummel, F, Minnesota (8).
FIVE TO WATCH: Giannis Antetokounmpo, G-F, Milwaukee; Vitor Faverani, F-C, Boston; Rudy Gobert, F-C, Utah; Sergey Kasarev, F, Cleveland; Tony Snell, G, Chicago.

My last pay check was $8500 working 10 hours a week online. My younger brother friend has been averaging 12k for months now and he works about 22 hours a week. I can’t believe how easy it was once I tried it out. This is what I do,…………..
