Roy Hibbert would win the majority of physical challenges he enters.
Perhaps that’s why the Indiana Pacers center is recruiting his teammates to compete on a “Tough Mudder” obstacle course.
Trying to convince my teammates @pacers to sign up for a @ToughMudder. Team building n #togetherness. That would be crazy to see that tho

We all know Hibbert is one of the most gifted big men in the NBA with both his basketball ability and his excellent physical condition. But these training courses aren’t just about physicality, mental strength is important, too.
As described on its website, “Tough Mudder events are hardcore obstacle courses designed to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie. With the most innovative courses, over one million inspiring participants worldwide to date, and more than $5 million raised for the Wounded Warrior Project, Tough Mudder is the premier adventure challenge series in the world.”
It’s strange that Hibbert feels this would be beneficial to the Pacers, who have their best start in franchise history with a 17-2 record.
Maybe he’s on to something, a little team building never hurt anyone. If one of the best players on one of the best teams says this is worth a shot, let’s go all in.
