When the Cavs signed Andrew Bynum last summer to a creatively structured, heavily incentivized contract, it was seen as a low-risk, high-reward move capable of pushing Cleveland at the very least into the lower half of the Eastern Conference playoff ladder. The Suns cruised to a victory over the Sixers, while the Nuggets were no match for the Grizzlies. Kevin Love/MIN continued to roll and the Timberwolves had no trouble with the “current” worst team in the league, the Milwaukee Bucks. Cavaliers Indefinitely Suspend Andrew Bynum
Cleveland Cavaliers center Andrew Bynum was suspended indefinitely Saturday morning for “conduct detrimental to the team.” The announcement was made by Cavs GM Chris Grant in a news release that also said Bynum did not travel with the team Friday night for Saturday afternoon’s game at Boston.
