We are just over a week away from a massive DraftStreet NBA contest with a $150,000 GPP. The winner of the NBA Big Score will win $50,000 out of a total prize pool of $150,000, with the top 400 finishers winning at least $100. All it takes to enter is a DraftStreet account and $55. If you don’t have a DraftStreet account, you can sign up using this link.
Today, the Knicks and Bucks play a rare early game that will be excluded from most of the DraftStreet leagues. Of the five evening games, only Brooklyn at Washington features a clash of sure playoff bound teams. Here is today’s Fantasy Spin.

DRAFTSTREET B-BALL CHAMPIONSHIP CONCLUDES
The DraftStreet Fantasy Basketball Championship has concluded and the fortunate winner of $100,000 is “radthad954”, who scored 216.5 DraftStreet points to eclipse second place “ardor” by a mere half point. “SalCaps’ finished third and tied for eighth having two lineups in the final round. Thus concludes a months-long contest which started with the first of thirty qualifying satellites. You can peruse the final leader board HERE.

My Lineup at DraftStreet
The following is my recommended lineup, subject to change, for the $5/$4,000 Standard Payout GPP at DraftStreet (closing at 7:00 pm EDT). You are required to have three guards, three forwards, one center and one wildcard/utility player for a legal eight-player lineup in DraftStreet NBA contests:
F-Paul Millsap/ATL-$15,305, C-Marc Gasol/MEM-$14,889, F-Kenneth Faried/DEN-$13,481, G-Jimmy Butler/CHI-$12,914, G-Deron Williams/BKN-$12,844,F-Trevor Ariza/WAS-$11,653, G-George Hill/IND-$9,478, F-Mike Dunleavy/CHI-$9,029.
Nuggets Roll into Atlanta After Improbable Win
Milwaukee Bucks at New York Knicks (12:00 pm EDT); over/under 207.5; Knicks -10. INJURIES: MIL: Larry Sanders (OUT) ; NYK: Kenyon Martin (OUT), Andrea Bargnani (OUT).
Both Tyson Chandler/NYK and Amare’e Stoudamire/NYK are back, and along with Carmelo Anthony/NYK, they are the best bets among the Knicks. Khris Midddleton/MIL is in the middle of a resurgence and Nate Wolters/MIL is an interesting bargain play.
Brooklyn Nets at Washington Wizards* (7:00 pm EDT); over/under 197.5 ; Nets -3 . INJURIES: BKN: Andrei Kirilenko (Q), Kevin Garnett (OUT) ; WAS: Bradley Beal (D), Nene Hilario (OUT) .
Though Beal/WAS is officially questionable I have listed him as “doubtful” because I think the Wizards will err on the side of caution and keep him out. This means more perimeter attempts from Trevor Ariza/WAS.
Denver Nuggets* at Atlanta Hawks (7:30 pm EDT); over/under 217; Hawks -5.5. INJURIES: DEN: none ; ATL: Lou Williams (P) .
Kenneth Faried/DEN has been on a role and will once again feature prominently. Ty Lawson/DEN is a bit expensive, but Jeff Teague/ATL is worth a gamble if you have a guard spot open.
Indiana Pacers* at Detroit Pistons (7:30 pm EDT); over/under 198; Pacers -6. INJURIES: IND: C.J. Watson (Q) ; DET: Josh Harrellson (OUT) .
Lance Stephenson/IND is a solid speculative play and George Hill/IND is the best value.
Memphis Grizzlies* at Philadelphia 76ers* (7:30 pm EDT); over/under 200; Grizzlies -14.5. INJURIES: MEM: none ; PHI: none .
This should be an easy win the Grizzlies. Marc Gasol/MEM will have more room to roam than usual, but Henry Sims/PHI has, to some extent, plugged the Sixers’ leak in their paint defense.
Sacramento Kings at Chicago Bulls (8:00 pm EDT); over/under 190; Bulls -8. INJURIES: SAC: none ; CHI: none.
I am calling for an easy Bulls win. Jimmy Butler/CHI is a touch over fair value and Carlos Boozer/CHI is my cheap high upside play.
