Now that training camps across the NBA are getting ready to begin, teams and their social media accounts are making sure everyone who follows them knows just how soon the season gets under way. On Wednesday, though, numerous NBA teams took to their Twitter accounts to create a meme tying together basketball and food.
Using the hashtag #NBAFastFood, teams like the Nuggets, Clippers and Jazz cropped some of their players – or an entire team – into popular fast food chain images.
The first photo below is taken from the Nuggets official Twitter account.

A 15-piece Denver McNugget.
The next photo, and possibly my favorite, is from the Clippers official Twitter account.

It just has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?
If it were my choice, I would have added: “Posterizing defenders 24/7.” Just ask Timofey Mozgov if he likes their selection.
It’s all in good taste. Let’s just hope to see some of these changes being made in real life, not just on Twitter. I really want to try a burger from Steak ‘n Blake.
