The Philadelphia 76ers are terrible, but at least the team’s social media staff got a win tonight.
In the midst of a 32-point blowout to the Toronto Raptors on Sunday night, the Sixers Twitter account had a little fun with the fans.

Let me explain.
The Sixers played in Toronto, hence Drake was in the house. Drake has a hit song called Hold On We’re Going Home. Need I say more.
This game was really a 40-point blowout but the Raptors stopped playing in the second quarter and let Philly stay within 30. To be fair, the Raptors are a solid team this year. Toronto ranks first in the conference right now with a 6-1 record and an easy schedule for the month of November will only help the cause.
No one expected Philly to do big things this year, but no one expected Tankapalooza 2.0 either. To think coach Brett Brown left a job with the San Antonio Spurs to join this team makes me weep a little.
There wasn’t too many pretty plays in the game, that usually happens when a team goes up by 41 points. But one play caught the attention of professional Vine users around the globe.
Raptors forward James Johnson absolutely abolished Brandon Davies, and Drake absolutely loved it. But did anyone catch what Drake was wearing? A knitted sweater (worse than what your grandmother would make you for Christmas) and some vintage Clark Kent glasses.
For this outfit, I went to an NBA fashion expert, the lovely Amara Baptist.
@BrettNBA I mean I’m pretty sure I have it in my closet. So yes, it’s cool 😉

Maybe Drake is cool. If he keeps playing his cards right he might make it big someday.
So here’s what we know: The Sixers aren’t very good and the Raptors are, James Johnson posterized a second-year player, and Drake can wear a sock sweater and still be considered cool.
This is why games in Toronto are fun.
