bviously a grown man who is also a professional basketball player didn’t literally forget how to walk. However, Nikola Mirotic was embarrassed and abused by Kemba Walker on Wednesday night when the Bulls matched up against the Hornets.
There were a couple instances where Walker made him look silly, but there’s one series in particular that “Niko” would like to forget altogether. If you haven’t seen the whole sequence of this play yet, please take a look and enjoy the photo along with the video attached.
The best thing about this is that Mirotic was the one who posted this photo to his Instagram from the play that saw him end up flat on his back.
“I think this picture is very popular right now.”, he said about his little tumble. Also missing from the comment is a smiley face that is crying with laughter, obviously poking fun at himself. It’s good to see the Euro baller can make light of the situation.
He’s right, by the way. The picture and video are very popular. Hell, I think I watched it almost ten times today.
The picture is blurry, but it still shows the purgatory-like state that Niko is left in. His arms are stretched out like he’s reaching for a railing or wall to grab on to, while his feet just don’t feel like carrying him anymore and gave up. To make matters worse, Walker kind of just stares at him, waits, then knocks down the wide open three ball.
Nikola Mirotic stumbled himself back into the past for a Throwback Thursday to his younger days of not knowing how to walk yet. The Bulls did get the last laugh though, winning the game 102-95.
