Most people probably know the difference between spinning and cycling, but why should you choose spinning when you could just go outside and ride your bike for some good old fashioned exercise?
Well, spinning has its benefits when the weather outside may not be optimal for cycling. You could change the resistance and go at your own pace and you don’t have to worry about pedestrians or ongoing traffic.
On the other hand, you can’t drive to work at spin class or go for a nice leisurely ride when the weather is perfect outside.
