Are we about to see a much-improved version of Isaiah Thomas in the near future?
The point guard, who may or may not start for the Boston Celtics next season, averaged 19 points and 5.4 assists in 21 games for the team after getting traded from the Phoenix Suns late in the season. He was a catalyst in helping Boston make a surprising push to make it to the playoffs with his aggressive approach.
Whatever his role may be for Brad Stevens, Thomas appears to be looking for a major change in how he approaches the game – at least according to the following tweet:
Starting from scratch with this hoop ish.. Breaking down every lil part of my game and going all in to improve. I gotta get it type urgency!

You have to wonder where this rush of motivation to start over came from, but Thomas is just 26 and about to enter the prime years of his career, so it would be interesting to see what kind of change he attempts to make to better his game.
