Marcus Morris warned that his brother Markieff Morris would soon be out of Phoenix while getting into it with fans on twitter less than a week ago.
Family knows best, and it appears the twin brothers knew that this was coming: it was reported on Thursday that Markieff Morris wants nothing to do with the Phoenix Suns organization and is looking to get dealt.
It’s entirely possible that the Suns front office is constantly doing wrong by its players, and there is plenty of evidence (via Matt Moore of CBSSports) to show that the Morris brothers aren’t the only players unhappy with the team. It could also just be that the Morris twins are extremely sensitive about being separated and they weren’t promised anything by the organization – it is a business, after all. Unfortunately, there isn’t really a way to know for sure what goes on behind the scenes, so all the possible scenarios we could think of would be nothing but conjecture.
One thing for sure, though, is this: the report about Morris wanting out of Phoenix is very real. Presumably after hearing the rumor about his desire to be moved from the team, Morris had this to say:
No love lost… #FOEinc

FOE stands for Family Over Everything, so if you wanted confirmation about his status, it doesn’t get clearer than that.
