How good is Draymond Green, really?
That’s been the subject of discussion as of late with the power forward making such powerful contributions for the Golden State Warriors, who are 33-2 on the season.
On Tuesday, Chris Webber went as far as to say that Green is the best power forward in the Western Conference. That’s obviously saying a lot (at least against popular belief) given all the talent at that position in the West, starting with Anthony Davis and Blake Griffin.
In comes Brandon Jennings, who can’t even believe that there are people who think Griffin is better than Green:
Aye people really think Blake griffin better draymond green? Y’all crazy ????

It’s a strong opinion because many fans still believe Griffin is better than Green. Of course, it has a lot to do with Griffin’s ability to score and it’s hard to escape the mentality that scoring alone doesn’t define how good a player is. Still, it appears fans are starting to appreciate Green a whole lot more, given the latest voting returns for the All-Star game.
