Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard has paired up with Adidas for his first signature shoe, the D Lillard 1. Lillard is playing only his third year in the league, but is already becoming one of the premiere point guards. The San Antonio Spurs won their fifth title last year when they routed the Miami Heat in five games. It was the fifth time that Gregg Popovich and Tim Duncan visited the President at the White House. The first time they did, Bill Clinton was in office. So overall, Duncan and Pop have met and have photographs with the last three Presidents of the United States. That’s pretty awesome if you ask me. Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James has missed the team’s past nine games, including their complete meltdown against the Sacramento Kings on Sunday evening that dropped them to 19-19 on the season. The final score was 103-84, but was surely over well before the final quarter. James has been sidelined with lingering knee and back issues, and was supposed to miss about two weeks with the ailments. Boston Celtics forward Jeff Green posted a photo on Friday, celebrating his “second birthday”. I’m sure you’re wondering what he means by that, and that’s what I’m here to tell you. In December of 2011 after a routine physical, doctors discovered an aortic aneurysm. The Chicago Bulls took a nice trip through the White House on Thursday on their day off. The team is in Washington, D.C. for their road game on Friday against the Wizards. The three-team blockbuster trade involving the Cleveland Cavaliers, Oklahoma City Thunder and New York Knicks has been made official, after initial reports of the trade on Monday evening. Now that it’s gone through, the players involved had some things to say to their now former teams before they left town. Dion Waiters, J.R.
