The news is devastating to all those in the sports industry, including athletes, fans and viewers of ESPN. As you all know, LeBron James turned 30 on December 30th. He’s also played a considerably larger amount of minutes at his 30th birthday than Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan. So what does it all mean? Superstar LeBron James will miss at least two weeks while he recovers from knee and back strains, the Cleveland Cavaliers announced Thursday. The seemingly indestructible James sat out the last two games with what was called soreness in his left knee. He underwent a barrage of tests at the Cleveland Clinic that included an MRI and revealed strains to his left knee and lower back, the team said in a statement. Treatment will include anti-inflammatories, rehabilitation, training room treatments and rest. James’
It’s New Year’s Eve, and 2014 is just hours away from being over. It’s time for those New Year’s Resolutions to lose weight, eat better, and be a better person, among several other things that usually don’t last past February.
