In the first of two homecomings, Sam Amick of USA TODAY Sports reports that the Orlando Magic have sent shooting guard Arron Afflalo to the Denver Nuggets for Evan Fournier and the No. 56 pick in the 2014 NBA Draft. This will be Afflalo’s second stint with the Nuggets after playing three seasons in Denver from 2009 to 2012. With the NBA draft coming up, it is kind of fun to remember back to my draft day in 1981. It’s like going through your wedding album years later. But instead of the burgundy tuxedo and ruffled shirt, its 1980s hair and wide ties. Going into my senior year at Syracuse, I was a relatively unknown player.
