New York Knicks guard JR Smith has a nefarious history of staying up late at parties and clubs. [Previous TOTD: JR Smith Accused of Partying Too Much] That very history makes his recent Footlocker commercial appearance all the more humorous and lighthearted. [Read more…]
Tweet of the Night: Clippers React To Big Win Over Bulls
Life without Derrick Rose isn’t necessarily bad for everybody. And while the Bulls have proven they can make noise without their All-Star point guard, the Los Angeles Clippers may have caught them at the best possible time: the first game after Rose was diagnoses with a torn meniscus. [Read more…]
Tweet of the Night: More players around the NBA react to Derrick Rose’s injury
After Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose was forced to leave the game early after getting hurt Friday night against the Portland Trailblazers, many feared the worst. Fortunately for Rose after undergoing an MRI early Saturday, the results revealed he did not suffer another torn ACL. The injury was however identified as a medial meniscus tear in his right knee that will require surgery. Derrick Rose has proven to be one of the more accomplished stars of his time, as he was
NBA players react to Derrick Rose’s knee injury
Derrick Rose took the entire 2012-2013 season off to get himself right from the surgery on his left knee after suffering a torn ACL in the playoffs in 2012. After showing much promise this preseason with what appeared to be an improved jump shot and a better ability to attack the basket, the point guard struggled mightily when the regular season came around. Through nine games, Rose has averaged 15.4 points on just 35.9 percent shooting, with 4.4 assists and 3.3 turnovers.

Randolph has compiled a career average of 20.8 points and 11.3 rebounds whenever facing Lee, with an overall record of 12-2. The two losses

The former player and current ESPN analyst believes Kemba Walker of the Charlotte Bobcats pulled the same move against Brooklyn Nets point guard Deron Williams on Wednesday. Williams, who has had some tough luck with ankle injuries so far this season, sprained his ankle again after stepping
Tweet of the Night: David Lee finds great irony in Stephen Curry’s mild concussion
Stephen Curry suffered a mild concussion on Monday after Marvin Williams inadvertently fell on top of Curry’s head. As a result, the point guard will miss Wednesday’s anticipated matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies, a team the Golden State Warriors haven’t beaten since Nov. 3, 2010. With both Curry and Toney Douglas out, the Warriors may be forced to play Andre Iguodala at the point. Third stringer rookie Nemanja Nedovic may be another option for the team. The absence of Curry means he
